Use Book Online on the Contact page to choose an appointment in our live booking calendar. For questions, call (814) 881-5231. To leave a voicemail or send a text, use (814) 440-8224. You can also email Anita using the email link on the Contact page. Anita personally responds to inquiries, usually the same day. For a corporate event, share your location, group size, event type, and preferred date so availability and travel can be discussed before you book.

Your first appointment starts with a brief intake to understand your goals, medical history, and any pain or restrictions. The session is then tailored specifically to your body, never a one-size-fits-all routine.

Cash, checks, all major credit cards (with a $2.50 processing fee), Venmo, CashApp, and debit cards. Payment is collected at the end of the session.

We don't bill insurance directly, but we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) you can submit to your provider or HSA/FSA for potential reimbursement.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer the time to someone else. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

It depends on your goals. For chronic pain or rehab work, weekly or bi-weekly is common at first. For maintenance and stress relief, every 2–4 weeks works well for most people.

Couples massages are not available, but back-to-back sessions (one right after the other) can be arranged upon availability.

You'll dress down to your comfort level. Please remove all jewelry before your session, and if you have long hair, bring a ponytail holder. During the session you'll be professionally draped at all times, only the area being worked on is uncovered.

In most cases, yes, but always let Anita know about any conditions, medications, recent surgeries, or pregnancy in advance. For oncology, post-surgery, or lymphedema concerns, we use specialized, therapeutic-aware techniques.

Medical massage is assessment-based and focused on a specific concern, such as chronic pain, restricted mobility, or recovery after an injury. Anita selects techniques such as neuromuscular work, deep tissue, and myofascial release according to your goals. Swedish massage emphasizes relaxation and easing everyday tension. Both are personalized, but the purpose of the appointment helps determine the approach. If you're unsure which to choose, discuss your symptoms and goals with Anita before booking rather than choosing solely by pressure or session length.

Yes. Our specialty services offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals and the concerns bringing you in. For medical massage, this can include your pain history and what you've already tried. A consultation is an opportunity to ask questions and decide which appointment to discuss next; it isn't a hands-on treatment. Call Anita if you need help choosing between medical massage, sports recovery, lymphatic drainage, or a relaxation-focused session.

Yes. Pressure is adapted to your comfort and feedback rather than kept at one fixed level throughout the session. Medical and neuromuscular work can feel intense, but it should not feel sharp or alarming. Let Anita know what feels comfortable and speak up if that changes. Your goals, areas of tension, and tolerance help guide the treatment. Deeper pressure is not automatically the right choice for every person or every area of the body.

Provide a quiet area roughly 7 feet by 10 feet, a power outlet, and the details of your group or event. We bring a professional massage chair, music, oils, and the setup; a table and linens are available on request. Chair massage lets employees stay clothed and rotate through short sessions, while table massage suits smaller groups seeking a more traditional appointment. Travel is quoted upfront based on the location. Call with your office address, group size, event type, and preferred date for a tailored quote.

The live pricing widget is on the Services page and in the Prices tab on the Assessment page. Use those displays to review current session options before choosing an appointment. Corporate visits are quoted individually because group size, location, equipment, and event needs vary. The site also offers Cherry financing information on Services and Contact. Ask Anita about the appointment or package you're considering so you can discuss the appropriate session length and any questions before reserving it.

Post-surgery massage begins only after your surgeon clears soft-tissue work. Share the procedure, your stage of recovery, and any movement restrictions before hands-on treatment. Oncology massage is adapted around ports, surgical sites, radiation areas, fatigue, and guidance from your care team. Anita can follow specific instructions or share session notes when coordination is helpful. Contact her before booking if you need to discuss clearance or positioning; the right session depends on your current circumstances rather than a standard routine.

Bring a list of current medications, any recent surgeries or diagnoses, and paperwork from your doctor or surgeon if you have clearance or restrictions. Arrive a few minutes early so there is time to talk through your goals and any areas to avoid. Comfortable clothing you can easily change out of is helpful, and you are welcome to drink water before and after your session.
